After doing a EGR DEF SCR DPF delete tuning, the only things required are :
- bypassing all filters on the exhaust (You can make straight pipe exhaust, or hollow out existing filters)
- blocking off EGR with steel plates (to prevent exhaust gases going to EGR tubing & back to intake)
Our delete tunes DO NOT REQUIRE replacing turbos, You can leave standard turbo(VGT or VNT) on it, and everything will work perfect.
In case You are interested we are able to provide VGT to old-fashion turbo conversion, as well as the Twin Turbo to Single Turbo conversions.
These modifications will require replacing the turbo with the old style one, along with ECM tuning.
The ECM will no longer report codes for turbo actuator, or for turbo speed sensor.

No, You can not remove DPF without modifying the ECM software.
You have to get the ECM tuned for DPF delete (DPF off).
Otherwise Your engine will be stuck in derate mode, and it will not be usable.
